Parking
Self- Service parking purpose on a first-come, first serve basis; No more then two parking spaces may be used at any one time for vehicles under the control of occupants of any unit.
Electricity & Drainage
Electricity shall be supplied by the public utility company serving the area directly to each unit.
Office
The office of the Condominium and of the Board of Directors shall be located at the Condiminium or at such other place as may be designated from time to time by the Board of Directors.
